The CBCP-ECFL Regional Leaders' Formation is an annual gathering dedicated to the continuing formation of Family and Life Leaders across the National Capital Region (NCR), Central Luzon, and the Apostolic Vicariates of Taytay and Puerto Princesa in Palawan.
